July's SmartTalk Future Thinking event focussed on housing with guest speaker and leading economist Shamubeel Eaqub entertaining over 200 attendees with his informative and thought-provoking presentation. Shamubeel was then joined by western Bay locals who have have various interests in the future of housing - Ngati Ranginui CEO Stephanie O'Sullivan, Property Developers's Forum Chair Jeff Fletcher, Population Ageing Technical Group Chair Annie Pankhurst and Realty Group CEO Simon Anderson.
